🌄 A Flavorful Heritage, Centuries in the Making
The history of Ijen Green Bean Coffee dates back to 1699, when Henricus Zwaardecroon brought Arabica coffee seeds from Malabar. These seeds became the foundation of Arabica coffee plantations across the Dutch East Indies (Now Indonesia). Today, Ijen Raung Arabica coffee from these very origins offers an exceptional flavor profile: high acidity, an intense floral aroma, medium body, and a unique, naturally sweet taste that’s neither too bitter nor too astringent.
